Amino acid formula providing a blend of glutamine and branched chain amino acids in 4:2:1:1 a ratio, enriched with a further 12 amino acids. Recommended for periods of high intensity exercise and when building muscle mass. Is a part of sports nutrition, not a food supplement.
Recommended use
Mix ~3 scoops of powder (17 g) with 300 ml of water, drink 1-2 times a day (before or/and after training).
